| Dilly is an all-time favorite for many reasons. A sweet and devoted companion, and exceptional producer. Her genesis was the brainchild of Joyce Dowling, who leased her dam from us to breed to her Ch. Shenstone's Bit of Intrigue. Lucky for us, she was more interested in the boys in the litter and Dilly came home to Barksdale! She became the dam of 2002 CCA BW Ch. Barksdale Beneficiary, ROM/ROMP, 2004 CCA WD/Best Am Bred Ch. Barksdale Beauregard of Belleville, and Barksdale Body Double by Ch. Twin City Secret Ambition, ROM/ROMP. In another litter by the Bronze Talisman/Blush son, Ch. Barksdale Bellvue's Medallion, she produced another very favorite, Ch. Barksale The Mistress who had two CCA Merit Awards, a Hawkins Top Ten and Westminster KC Best of Variety win. Dilly's strongest influence descends through her grandson out of Body Double, Ch. Barksdale Lochlaren Liaison, ROM/ROMP. |
